Sehon is devoted to be the main supplier of silicon metal in China. Since 1994, we have established Datian Sehon Silicon Industry Co.,Ltd, mainly producing 2202 grade silicon metal. In 2008, we estabished Xinjiang Longfuture Silicon Industry Co.,Ltd that was built with four 12500 KVA smelters. The first two smelters were finished, the rest would be built in the following two years. We have the following advandages:
1 Xinjiang Longfuture Silicon Industry is our production base, which can keep producing for 12 months.
2 We have got our own silica mountain, controlling the quality of raw material by ourselves.
3 We have built our network of plants throughout China.
Silicon in application:
1. in aluminum: an additive to aluminum alloys, silicon is used to increase the fluidity and tenacity of Aluminum and its alloys, which enjoy good castability and weldability accordingly.
2. in organic chemicals: silicon metal is used in manufacturing a number of sorts of silicones, resins, and lubricants.
3. in electronic parts: silicon metal is used in producing monocrystalline and polycrystalline silicon of high purity for electronic parts, such as semi conductors, etc. |
